Our goal is to use our extensive legal experience gained throughout many years of practicing law to provide honest and fair legal services. Lindsay Renier

Lindsay, a Wisconsin native with over 15 years of legal experience, graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with her Bachelors of Business Administration and a specialization in International Business. After graduation, she attended law school at DePaul University College of Law, in Chicago. During her undergrad and law school career, Lindsay studied and worked in Spain, Italy, Mexico and China. After graduation, Lindsay was recruited by a mid-sized Chicago firm where she successfully represented large corporations, including United Airlines and Wal-Mart. After the changing marketplace in the Spring of 2020, Lindsay saw the need for a more personalized approach to legal services and opened RENIER HOTOPP LAW, a Boutique Law Firm, with excellent legal skill, extreme responsiveness to its clients and a mission to treat its clients like family.

When Lindsay is not advocating for her clients, she loves to spend time with her husband Kenny, her two step-children, Wes and Josie, and her Goldendoodle, Barry. She and her family love to check out Milwaukee’s restaurant scene and travel around the globe. Lindsay and Kenny have imparted the travel bug into Wes and Josie, as they’re checking off countries around the world one-at-a-time.

Anne McIntyre

Senior Associate Attorney

Anne will focus her practice on family law and mediation, bringing 15 years of experience in a variety of areas relevant to family concerns including elder care, disability rights, and as a Guardian ad Litem in child protective cases. Anne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, IL, after receiving her undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. Family law has been her interest from the start.

Anne said that when she works with clients in matters of divorce, child custody and child support, “I listen closely to help them identify and prioritize their goals for the future. When possible, I try to take a low-conflict approach because I believe that’s the best way to serve clients who are going through one of the most challenging times in their lives. When the situation calls for it, I will switch into litigation mode and be a strong advocate for my clients every step of the way.” Anne also offers mediation services for couples seeking a less adversarial way to settle their divorce.
