If I could score the the firm separately from the attorney I would give the Firm a 4 and my attorney Jacqueline hallock a 5. Due to reasons unknown to me I did not start my relationship with the lawfirm with the same attorney I ended with. It was a very unexpected change and with the complexity of my case the change was very upsetting and unsettling. I was able to speak to the owner ( I believe) and tho she could not give me answers as to why my attorney was no longer with the firm she was able to give me options and reassurance that if I stayed I would be reassigned a replacement attorney that would be a great fit for myself and my case. Jacqueline was amazing. She was understanding of the oddness of my case. She took the time to get the big picture and ask for what I wanted and fight solid for what I was sticking to. She was very communicative, eiher herself or paralegal kept in touch all along the way keeping me updated to changes and reaching out to see if id had any changes on my end. Her knowledge and prior interactions with other attorney I feel helped as well because she knew what we were in for via communication on that end to. Her consistency and understanding of my must haves resulted ultimately in an agreement upon resolution that left me much more please than I had started my case with. She was also very good at keeping me on track too, as I can tangent off on other topics easily and also easily eating up the bill. I would definitely work with Jacqueline again. As for the law firm, id do business with them as a whole too in the future if needed. Yes there were hiccups but they were also addressed and quickly rectified.

The way they do things at this law are very different than what I’m used to. I did not have a very good outlook on lawyers from my last lawyer for my divorce, but they these ladies have definitely changed everything about that. I’m very satisfied with what they do very satisfied how they help out and explain things to me because there’s a lot of stuff. I just don’t know and they do handle that on their end.
